Giouvetsi- Gravy Beef in tomato sauce with orzo

 1 kg Gravy Beef in pieces
 1 cloves garlic
 1 onion
 ½ cup Iliada Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Whole All Spice
 2 tbsp Kyknos Tomato Paste
 1 cup Can Kyknos grated tomatoes
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Kefalotyri cheese (optional)

Heat the olive oil in a large pot and add the finely chopped onion and the
minced garlic. As soon as they begin browning add the meat.

Add the can of grated tomatoes to the pot.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer for 50-55 minutes or until meat is tender.

Place the cooked meat in an oven tray and add water.

Place the tray in the oven and bring it to the boil.

Add the orzo and cook until is ready.

Serve the meat with orzo together and optional sprinkle some grated cheese
on top.

You can cook your meat in a slow cooker the same way!
