Cancellation & Refund Policy
When you book a cooking class or event with Emily's Greek Kitchen, we reserve ingredients, preparation time, and staffing specifically for your attendance.
Cancellations made more than 3 days before the class
• Cancellations requested at least 3 days before the scheduled class will receive a refund, less a 5% processing fee to cover payment transaction costs.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the class
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows
• If you do not attend your booked class, no refund will be provided.
Transferring your booking
• If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to arrange for a friend or family member to attend in your place. Please contact us before the class so we can update the booking details.
Class cancellations by Emily's Greek Kitchen
• If a class must be cancelled due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or the unavailability of the chef, all affected attendees will be contacted as soon as possible and offered either:
• A transfer to another class date, or
• A full refund.
